Formula & Method

Syrup ratios follow sugar:water proportions. For 1:1 simple syrup, sugar and water are equal parts; for 2:1 rich syrup, sugar is double water. Sugar mass conversion uses 1  cup200  g1\;cup\approx200\;g.
